What can I do when I have a complaint?

Mistakes can happen. In case of a defect please contact Arthur and Friends as soon as possible after deliver of the products via info@arthurandfriends.be  Any defect should be reported to us at the latest within 14 days after delivery of the goods. Afterwards any right to changes or repairs is no longer valid. Defects due to transportation have to be communicated within 24 hours after receipt of the parcel.
